Return Policy

We offer a simple and transparent return process. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

NB. For orders placed in November or December purchased for gifts, the return window is extended until January 15th 🎄🎅

How to Start a Return?

To return an item, you must contact us first. Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Email us at hello@glodco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The date you received the item
  • The reason for the return (optional, but very helpful)

Once we approve your request, you’ll receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Shipping fees paid during your original purchase are not refunded.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in like-new condition and sent back with all original accessories and packaging.

We cannot accept damaged, heavily used, or incomplete items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working as expected, this is not a standard return - it’s a claim.

Email us at hello@glodco.com with photos or a short video, and once clarified that it is a legitimate claim - we’ll fix it right away.

You won’t pay return shipping for defective items, and we’ll off course replace or fix the issue at no cost.

Exchanges

We are happy to help with exchanges. Just email us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–10 business days for us to process it.
After the refund is issued, your bank or card provider may take 1–10 additional days for the funds to be in your bank account.

Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method.
